Designs by Charms, operated on the Bare Links platform.

Booking terms

These are the terms you accept when you send a booking request to Designs by Charms.

  1. My request is not a booking until Designs by Charms confirms it. Sending it holds my chosen date while Designs by Charms reviews the details.
  2. Prices shown are estimates until Designs by Charms confirms my booking. "From" prices are starting prices, and items priced after consultation are quoted with me first. The confirmed total, including any changes we agree, is the amount I owe.
  3. I will pay by bank transfer or cash, following the payment instructions Designs by Charms sends me. If Designs by Charms asks for a deposit, my date is secured once the deposit is received.
  4. I will ask for any change of date, or a cancellation, by message, and Designs by Charms will let me know what is possible.
  5. I will make sure the Designs by Charms team can access the venue in good time to set up on the day.
  6. Chocolate and other treats may contain, or have been in contact with, milk, nuts, gluten and soy. I will tell Designs by Charms about any allergies before my event.
  7. I consent to Designs by Charms storing my contact details, event details and booking history to manage my bookings, in line with its privacy policy and UAE data protection law (PDPL).

Requests and confirmation

Sending a request does not book your date. Designs by Charms reviews it and confirms the date and the final price with you. While a request is waiting for confirmation you can withdraw it from your account; after that, message Designs by Charms about any change or cancellation.

Prices, deposits and payment

Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices shown as "from" are starting prices, and items priced after consultation are quoted before your booking is confirmed. A 50% deposit secures your date once confirmed. Payment is by bank transfer or cash, as instructed by Designs by Charms; no card payment is taken online. Where Designs by Charms is VAT-registered, prices include 5% VAT and a receipt or tax invoice is issued for every payment.

Privacy

Your data is processed under UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 (PDPL) to provide the booking service. Marketing messages are sent only with your opt-in consent. You may request a copy or deletion of your data from Designs by Charms at any time.

Data hosting and international transfer

The booking platform runs on cloud infrastructure (hosting, database and email) that may store and process data on servers outside the UAE, under appropriate contractual safeguards. No card payments are processed through the platform.
